Room 03 / Collection
The Collection
Objects, field notes, oddities, and other things The Gifted Museum has elected to keep.
A collection does not always begin with a plan. Sometimes it begins with an object nobody can explain and the unreasonable certainty that it should not be thrown away.
Here live our artifacts, field notes, minor marvels, and objects of questionable importance. Some are beautiful. Some are funny. Some are mundane things receiving a level of attention they have never requested.
Not everything is here because it matters. Some things begin to matter because someone looked twice.
